What is mnem?
mnem automatically records public live streams from the creators you choose, and saves them to a private vault you can watch anytime, on any device.
Does mnem work with TikTok lives?
Yes. v1 focuses on TikTok. We plan to support Twitch, Kick, YouTube Live, and BiliBili next.
Is this legal?
mnem is a recording tool for publicly broadcast content. You're responsible for how you use what you record. Recordings are for personal, non-commercial use only — you can't republish them, sell them, or repost them. Creators can request takedowns and we honor them.
What if I join a creator while they're already live?
We start recording from the moment you add them. You'll see a "partial capture" label on that recording so it's clear it isn't the whole live.
What happens to my vault if I cancel?
You keep read-only access for 30 days, then your vault is removed. Re-subscribe within that window and everything comes back.
What's an archive unlock?
Pay $9.99 once to unlock a creator's full back-catalogue of recordings from before you joined. Lifetime access while you're subscribed.
Do I need to leave my computer on?
No. Recording happens on our infrastructure, automatically, whether you're online or not.
Is there a refund policy?
Subscriptions are non-refundable for partial billing periods. Archive unlocks become non-refundable on first access. See our refund policy for details.
